UIL VM Manager → Writer Preferred

Reads the stick back to verify the write, shows progress and ejects the device safely.

Linux

sudo dd if=virtio-win.iso of=/dev/sdX bs=4M status=progress

macOS

Find the device with diskutil list, unmount it, then write to the raw device — it is much faster.

diskutil unmountDisk /dev/diskN
sudo dd if=virtio-win.iso of=/dev/rdiskN bs=4M status=progress

Windows

Rufus (choose DD mode) or balenaEtcher — third-party tools.

Internal disk

Same as the USB command, pointing at the internal disk (for example /dev/nvme0n1). Warning: this erases that disk.

VPS

Use the Network installer (ISO) disc on the download page — there is no separate VPS download.

Writing instructions are currently in English.

Reboot, pick the USB, and choose Live Desktop to try or Install takhiOS to install. Works on BIOS and UEFI.
